Steven Ault was born in West Covina, California in 1967, to Robert and Stella Ault. Later moved to Marion, Ohio until 1976. His family then moved to Florida, which became his home state. He loved working on cars and started a career in the auto mechanics field.
In June of 1990, he went to work at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office working in the fleet maintenance department.
In 1991, he was asked if he was willing become a reserve officer for the sheriff’s office. He enjoyed the job so much that he decided to go to the full-time academy in 1992. After completing the training, he graduated from the Kissimmee Police Academy and then was transferred from the fleet maintenance department to a full-time road deputy position.
While working as a road patrol deputy until 2002, he got the opportunity to transfer to an undercover unit as a detective, called the Tourism Policing Unit. During this time his job was to handle reports that came in involving crimes against tourist and conducting surveillance to catch crimes in progress. He then transferred back to road patrol in 2004 and stayed in that position until he retired on 01-31-2017, completing 26 years of service for the residence of Osceola County.
After retiring, Steve decided he wanted to get into Real Estate. Steve is currently working at Homepride realty services, under the expert guidance of Steve Pugh, broker. With his lifelong area residency in the central Florida area and years of service in Law Enforcement, he has great interpersonal skills enhancing his client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.
